La macelleria P\u00f6rnbacher \u00e8 gestita dalla famiglia P\u00f6rnbacher nella terza generazione.<\/strong><\/p>\n La macellazione \u00e8 una passione di famiglia.<\/strong> Da quando Karl P\u00f6rnbacher fond\u00f2 nel 1946<\/strong> l’azienda di famiglia presso la stazione ferroviaria di Valdaora, il nome P\u00f6rnbacher \u00e8 sinonimo di carne e insaccati di alta qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n Nell\u2019anno 1971 il figlio Oswald P\u00f6rnbacher<\/strong> ha continuato gli affari intrapresi dal padre e ha trasferito il negozio nel centro di Valdaora ai piedi del Plan de Corones.
